Food and Beverage
Server: The responsibility of the Server is to serve the Membership by providing information on food and beverage selections; presenting ordered choices; providing exceptional kitchen to dining service while maintaining the dining ambiance.
Food Expediter: The responsibility of the Food Expediter is to communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the customer as beautifully as possible.
Bartender: A bartender at The Country Club at Castle Pines is responsible for the overall contentment of the Bar areas while mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar.
Line Cook(s): It will be the expectation of the Line Cook to assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in all areas of the kitchen to include but not limited to Prepping, Stocking, Cooking, Clean up, Grill, Pantry & Sauté stations.
Part Time Dish Machine Operator/Dishwasher: The Dish Machine Operator is responsible for the dish washing and sanitation of the kitchen as well as food preparation equipment, or utensils. (Possible full time benefits based on availability).
Golf Course Maintenance Equipment Operators: The Equipment Operator, under supervision of the Assistant Superintendent or AIT, performs work on the course involving the use of large equipment, including tractors, loaders, trenchers, backhoes, trucks and other maintenance equipment to mow, trim and complete related projects.
