Private Events

Options to host special occasions or private events seem somewhat endless at The Club. We have multiple event space options that can accommodate almost any type of event:

One of the many benefits of being a Member at The Country Club at Castle Pines is the ability to host private events in our newly renovated facilities. The Club has several rooms that can be reserved for private functions. There are many ways to use the rooms in conjunction with each other. Our catering staff can assist you in developing menus around your budget and assist in selecting the appropriate room (s) for your event based upon your requirements and room availability.

Room Options

  • Rampart Room
    • The Rampart Room can accommodate up to 40 Guests. The Room is located on the south side of the Dining Room. Rampart is a great location for Luncheons, Showers and Dinner Parties.

  • The Jack Nicklaus Signature Room
    • The Signature Room can accommodate up to 24 Guests. The Signature Room offers incredible views, along with the privacy for smaller functions. The Signature Room is located on the south end of the Dining Room.

  • Rampart Room & Signature Room
    • The Rampart and The Jack Nicklaus Signature Room are conjoined by a retractable etched glass wall, which allows us to open up the room for larger events. Together, the rooms can hold up to 65 Guests.

  • Social Lawn
    • The Social Lawn is the perfect place to host an Outdoor Event. The Lawn offers amazing mountain views and spectacular sunsets. The Social Lawn can hold up to 150 guests depending on the type of event. It is required that the reserving party rent a portable tent in case of inclement weather, which is included in the price.

  • Grille Room
    • The Grille Room can accommodate up to 70 people. The Grille is located on the north side of the Clubhouse and opens to our Terrace.

  • Event Lawn
    • The Event Lawn is another perfect location to host an outdoor event. Located on the north end of the Terrace, the Event Lawn can accommodate up to 100 people. This area can be used for Barbeques, Birthday Parties, Golf Outings and more.

  • Terrace
    • The Terrace is located on the west side of the Clubhouse and has breathtaking views of the entire Front Range from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak. The Terrace can accommodate up to 250 people, and features a wide variety of furniture from couches to cocktail tables.

  • Entire Clubhouse & Terrace
    • The Clubhouse and the Terrace combined can accommodate up to 300 people. This space is perfect for Golf Tournaments, Large Holiday Parties and Weddings. Requests to rent out the entire Clubhouse and Terrace are subject to approval from the Board of Directors.
